1. Using ChatReel

ChatReel is a tool for turning creator-owned conversation screenshots and scripted scenes into short-form vertical videos on the web and iPhone. By using the service, you agree to these Terms and any applicable policies referenced here.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must use ChatReel in compliance with applicable laws and platform rules. We may offer guest or lightweight account access, but you are still responsible for activity connected to your workspace, exports, and purchases.

3. User content and permissions

You retain ownership of the screenshots, text, branding, and other materials you submit. You confirm that you have the right to upload, process, and export that content using ChatReel.

You grant ChatReel a limited right to host, process, render, store, transmit, and where applicable OCR your content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.

This may include cloud processing of uploaded screenshots, typed scripts, render settings, and generated exports. Screenshot-based jobs may use OCR providers so the service can detect text before rendering the video.

4. Credits, pricing, and payments

ChatReel may offer free daily exports and one-time credit top-ups. Free quota, watermark behavior, and credit usage may vary by platform or product flow. Purchased credits are permanent and do not expire. Prices are shown before purchase and may change in the future.

Payments may be processed by Apple through In-App Purchase on iPhone, by Creem on the web, or by other payment providers we may use from time to time. Your purchase is also subject to the provider's applicable checkout terms.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not upload content you do not have rights to use.
• Do not use ChatReel for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or misleading activity.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or overload the service.
• Do not impersonate other people or falsely imply endorsement.

6. Generated output

You are responsible for reviewing your exported videos before publishing or sharing them. ChatReel may automate pacing, formatting, and UI recreation, but final editorial responsibility remains with you.

Signed-in workspaces may retain cloud job history, uploaded assets, and generated exports so you can reopen them later. Some clients may also store local drafts or cached export files on the device until they are cleared.

7. Availability and changes

We may update features, limits, pricing, supported export styles, or system behavior over time. We may also suspend or restrict access to protect the service, comply with law, or prevent abuse.

We may suspend or restrict access to protect the service, comply with law, prevent abuse, or investigate policy violations. Where supported, account deletion may remove associated cloud workspace data, subject to records we must keep for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, or operational reasons.

ChatReel is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
